We offer three basic memberships . The Practioner Membership includes invitation to be listed as a practitioner in the Directory and three quarterly meetings and the annual meeting at no additional fee. The Student Membership provides free attendance to all meetings. The Corporate Membership provides access to the quarterly meetings and listing in the Partner directory for corporations, businesses and schools/course providers.

Partners, Practitioners and Students will have access to the "MembersOnly" Facebook page. There is no individual public membership at this time. Questions about which membership suits you please contact us at bostonfunctional@gmail.com.

Practitioner (Individual) - discounted rate good until March 15, 2020 - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments This membership is for providers and practitioners of integrative, lifestyle or functional medicine. This is not for general public.
